Freespace MotionStudio
Freespace® MotionStudio is an intuitive toolset that provides an easy-to-use graphical user interface to allow developers to accelerate the evaluation of Freespace motion technologies and products. It provides tools for experimenting with Freespace-enabled devices connected to a PC running Microsoft Windows XP, Vista or 7.
Freespace MotionStudio includes:
- Motion Chart: Plot and log motion data.
- Mouse Display: Display mouse motion, buttons and scroll wheel data in real time.
- Virtual Object: Display a virtual object that moves with the physical Freespace device.
- Gesture Recognition: Recognize gestures using the Freespace device.
- Fitts' Law Test: Test pointer performance.
Freespace MotionStudio also provides these management tools:
- Device Firmware Upgrade (DFU): Upgrade to the latest firmware
- Reorientation Tool: Configure the body frame of a device and set the forward direction of pointing
- FRS Configurator: Configure the flash record system that specifies a number of different device behaviors, including buttons and LEDs
- Check Battery Level: Check and display the battery level of a device
- Mode Control Manager: Check and modify the current mode of a device
