In your message specify if your message is a general support question or a warranty request. You must contact Hillcrest Labs before sending your Loop pointer for repair or replacement.
You may be able to resolve your issue by refering to these troubleshooting items or by reviewing other sections of this website.
Check that the batteries are inserted properly and facing the right direction. Try replacing the batteries.
Check that the USB RF transceiver is fully inserted into a USB slot in your PC or Mac. If you are using a USB hub or extender of any kind, try plugging the USB RF transceiver directly into the PC or Mac using a USB slot on the PC or Mac.
Wait at least 30 seconds after plugging in the USB RF transceiver for the Loop pointer and transceiver to connect to each other.

To save battery power, the Loop pointer and the USB RF transceiver go into a sleep state when there is no movement for a while. The cursor may disappear while in sleep state. The cursor will reappear and react as usual to your movements when you move the Loop pointer or press a button.
